Odd thing happened installing new 11/8 build. I had uninstalled prior v7 install and manually removed the SC folder.
When I installed the new 11/8 build it didn't seem like it started automatically so I ran the service enabler. It created the service but only got about half way through starting the service and it hung. I did see a windwos task for it and after a while (5 minutes) I killed it. After that I was able to start it as a service. It still seemed to not be available for a very long time but eventually I did get the wizard screen. Probably me being impatient, but just in case I thought that Id note it here.
