On iPeng you don't need to hold. You can toggle the mode. Don't tell me
you are continuously switching between single-track play, add and
add-next use since this would really not make any sense. If you do,
please describe the use-case.
The only one I'm aware of is to do an initial "play" exactly to clear
the playlist. After that, you will (we are talking single tracks here,
for anything else, nothing has changed!) probably add tracks to the end
of the playlist or after the current one. Do you mix these two use cases
while building the same playlist? How?
