For me, I hardly ever Play, Play Next or Add individual songs, so I don't need
those actions to be easily accessible. Being available via the standard
context menu is fine, especially seeing this is how I would play an album.
When I am browsing songs, it's because I want to browse some detail of the song.

If I want to build up a playlist, I'd do it via the WebUI, or in another
application and import the playlist and play it.

I Play or Add albums or random music. What often happens is I am playing
random songs, and a song I like comes on, so I decide to play the album.

On a SB3, I simply press right-arrow to go into the currently playing song,
down-arrow to the album detail and then hit play. 3-4 button clicks.

On Touch, this is really long-winded...
I touch Current Playlist
navigate down the list of songs to find the currently playing item
touch the item [Oops, that's started to play it again, silly me]
I long-touch the album to get the context menu.
navigate down the list to find the album detail.
You can't long-touch the album name to select "play album", all you can do is
single-touch to display the songs on the album.
If the user has the option "Play other songs in album", the user can play the
album by single-touching the first track.
If the user has the option "Play only selected song" (which I do), there is no
way to play the whole album from this route.
So, I go back to the song, long-touch, click on the artist (or one of the
artists if there are more than one), and get a list of the albums for that
artist.
I then scroll down the list of artists, trying to find the album that contains
the song that is playing (or was - probably moved on to another song by now!).
I then long-touch the album name, whereby I can select to play the album.

There are other reasons for wanting to navigate into things from a song. eg.
if there is an album I want to play, but I can't remember the title, I would
search for a song on the album. Having found the song (reports song title,
artist and album), I can click the song to play it, but it's really awkward to
play the whole album.

I understand that people want different things. Some people want to play/add
songs, others don't. Therefore there will never be a one-solution fits all.
That's why some degree of configurability is necessary, or half of users will
be unimpressed with the interface.
