If the album was ripped from CD to FLAC, I'd expect the ripper to write FLAC tags, and may or may not write id3 tags.
But if this situation were to occur, if the user doesn't see what he's expecting to see in SBS, then he'd look at the tags in a tag editor, which would also show blank.
