shows up how? like for each song, whats there? a filename?

its good that its there in some way, but i don't think most users
browse by genre.

same Q as above.

thats really what 8380 was trying to address. i think browsing by Home
> Album is the most popular b/c u have artwork and can still order as
artist, year, album. andy's fixes have in fact partially addressed it,
and i like whats been done so far. (it fixed the mp3 i uploaded to the
bug for example). but as you just proved, it hasn't fixed other
scenarios yet. i think he'll get it in there in the next week or two.

indeed. but good that its in there in some way. it is curious to me
that the same file is in some places and not others. i believe all
files should be available everywhere in some form, one way or the
other.

i didn't know that, so if i have the Beatles Rubber Soul i can't go
into mp3tag, delete the string "Rubber Soul" and then save the void to
the album field?

i can do this in winamp, but it doesn't give me all the fields.
regardless, these kinds of scenarios should be considered by logitech.
(and it should cover multiple filetypes)
