_You_ wrote (or configured) the installer. Should it make any difference? I might try it otherwise. Since I know those directories are not even created by the installer, then I can't see a reason why it should be a problem. In any case, it shouldn't take 3 minutes to deal with, unless the installer is searching through every file on the system drive for something. > And please answer my question from my previous mail, if this is really > troubling you. I listed in my last post *exactly* what the installer shows on screen during this time period: Waiting for services to be configured and started... Logitech Media Server That's all. I just thought you were interested in fixing or improving things that maybe you weren't allowed to previously. If I can actually find what's giving the installer constipation, maybe you'd still be interested in doing so. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JJZolx's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=94109 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/beta
