In principle, I would like to leave the current "Browse Artists" alone (except remove special logic for "Various Artists" and create a Compilations browse menu for that), and create an additional "All Artists".
However, the content of "All Artists" perhaps needs some debating. I think this would always include every possible contributing role, including artists, bands, composers and conductors, etc. Or it could be only artists (album artists or track artists), with bands, composers and conductors either optional (like the current mechanism), or having their own browse menus. If they are included/excluded here, should they be included/excluded from the current Browse Artists list?
