Not sure if its just my configuration (I have my user directory on a separate hard disk to the system and had all sorts of mount-point-being-renamed problems) but for me LMS has also stopped working after upgrading to OS X 10.10.1 today.
Since the version of Perl has been updated also, maybe its not just my particular configuration? The version of Perl in 10.10.1 is: 5.018002 (as opposed to 5.016002 that was in 10.10) Symptoms are that LMS won't start.
