Not sure if its just my configuration (I have my user directory on a separate hard disk to the system and had all sorts of mount-point-being-renamed problems) but for me LMS has also stopped working after upgrading to OS X 10.10.1 today.
Will have to upgrade to make sure.
Since the version of Perl has been updated also, maybe its not just my particular configuration? The version of Perl in 10.10.1 is: 5.018002 (as opposed to 5.016002 that was in 10.10)
Yosemite has been 5.18 for months. It was introduced in one of the early betas. What exact error are you getting? Please check the server.log file and/or run from the command line.
