Since I updated to the newest 7.9 version I got an automatic rescan for new and changed media files everytime the server starts. Maybe it's a new feature of the 7.9 version, but to me it's more like a bug. Is it possible to turn this behaviour off? The plugin "Rescan Music Library" is already turned off, so there must be another place where I can turn this off.
