I agree, there's no sense in switching resolution in the middle of
animation, but keeping camera settings in sync should be made easy, we have
camera objects and object data don't we? So creating an linked camera
instead of copy should solve that issue.
Regarding sequencer and compositor I cant make any comment since I'm not at
home there.
