Hi, I'm not really sure CUDA is the best choise for BI because of rasterization nature of this engine. OpenGL and GLSL would fit much better for this.
Anyway, the short answer is: it is possible to have BI-like render in OpenGL/GLSL, but that'd be just totally new engine.
