It's not just a database re-org.

Lots of small changes.  Things like the geeklists had changes done
specifically to address bandwidth concerns.

And in the end, they'd have a better BGG down page.  Seems very low
priority considering they're also currently working on minimizing down
time in the first place.

If they're taking enhancement suggestions I'd rather see things like
the XML API get worked on.
