Maybe more people are walking and biking because of traffic restrictions and becoming a healthier population because of it. This means less patients are ending up in hospitals and less money is lining the pockets of the powers that be. I won't even touch on the concept that hospitals always end up losing money in the ER, and that maybe less users would actually save them money. And that more DOA's might even save on liability insurance.
