5. ID 33159, Resolution approving the Environmental Assessment for the East Washington
Avenue Reconstruction Project and approving the roadway geometry contained within the
Environmental Assessment.
SUGGESTED ACTION: Approve staff report and resolution.
6. ID 33161, Resolution (by title) approving the plans and specifications for the East
Washington Avenue Traffic Management System and its ancillary Intelligent
Transportation System components�Electronic Message Signs and Traffic Condition
Cameras.
