Ok, granted it is not going to be as easy as simply asking kids to leave their cars at home. I was thinking more along the lines of starting with 12-15 year olds by making it easier to build their life around the bicycle before the car keys are shoved into their hands. Hopefully some would find that their transportation needs are already being filled by the bicycle and not bother doing the car thing for a while. It worked with me!
