Maybe it isn't the TYPE of saddle but how it is adjusted. Small changes can
make a huge difference in the comfort:

tilt up or down a bit
move forward or back
up or down

My 5-year-old commuter bike gets used almost every day. Every once in
awhile it
seems the seat gets uncomfortable. That means the seat has slipped down a bit
and I'm putting too much weight on the seat, and not enough on the pedals.
Whew! What a difference when I adjust it again.

Go to a good, reliable, local, nice, friendly bike shop and ask them for help.
Especially this time of year, someone should be able to give you some time and
advice.
