1) want bike lockers downtown
With enough racks to lock them to, this is not a necessity for me.
We need more racks on State St, and the surrounding area. With the students back, it's especially difficult. The 'right' kind of racks would be nice too, the ones that are easy to get into, lock and out of.
With 15 million being blown on one or two blocks of State St in the next year or two, you'd think they'd be able to find a few dollars of that for some decent racks.
