Has anyone besides me noticed how poorly the State Street bike racks have been maintained through the last few snow storms? As I tried to park my bike at the BFW listening session, I noticed the UW racks were absolutely abysmal in terms of how well they have been maintained this winter. How is the rest of Madison doing?
