Does this mean we should pack our own shovel when we
go to the meeting? Or a flag saying, 
"This is a committee member's bike - it's NOT
abandoned!"

Darryl - (I know full well the imagery some people
would have of taking a shovel to a city government
meeting, but I meant the snow; really!  ;-) )
