While we're surveying, I'm at the corner of E. Washington and Ingersoll almost every day, twice a day. You could sit at the Avenue Bar and make a drinking game out of seeing people blow through well into the red. I'd have to say it happens more often than it doesn't. And it's an equal opportunity offense; tractor-trailer rigs, buses, police "admin" cars (obviously not responding to a "call"), cabs, all join the usual litany of "civilian" vehicles. --------------- Paul T.
