I knew it wasn't just entering the intersection on a stale yellow, but it
wasn't until I helped out with a "red light running count" with the MPD, at
Park and Regent, that I saw how bad it was. This was a carefully controlled
count, with each counter (person) watching only one direction of travel, and
strict requirements for what constituted a "red light run." I had  4-5
people run the red in ONE HOUR southbound on Park!
When I make a left turn from Campus Dr to Farley, I have to wait for someone
running the red eastbound about half the time.
