I've ordered them from Peter White Cycles: http://www.peterwhitecycles.com/studdedtires.asp
I don't know what he currently has in stock, so it's best to call. I've been happy with Peter's prices and service.
I've been using Nokian studded tires for years. They're absolutely essential for winter commuting around here. They're expensive, but last for many years. Cheap insurance. Now is a good time to prepare for next winter.
By the way, I recommend the W160 for 26 inch rims, and W106 for 700C. I've been using the larger "Extreme 294", but I've concluded that the wider tire might actually be a disadvantage. When there is a layer of snow on top of the ice, the wider tire floats enough to prevent the studs from making contact with the ice. A narrower tire should be less susceptible to that. In addition, there should be less resistance when plowing through a few inches of fresh snow.
There are now some Schwalbe tires with tungsten-carbide studs, which may be as good as the Nokian tires. There are some others with plain steel (not carbide) studs, which are worthless.
