[Bikies] Motorized Bike on SW Path

About 3 PM Monday afternoon, a motorized bike went past eastbound at  
high speed, just west of Commonwealth.  It was some sort of a  
stretched-out "comfort" bike, with the motor assembly on the front  
wheel.  Has anyone else seen this guy, or know who he is?  I'd hate  
to see a precedent set of tolerating these things.  While I suppose  
it's possible the rider suffers some kind of handicap, he was  
pedaling furiously, traveling very fast, and the trail was crowded  
with the usual mix of bikes, pedestrians, baby strollers, etc.
