I've noticed, since moving to Madison, that most of the T-intersections do not 
have any control signs. But there are virtually no unmarked 4-way (or more) 
intersections. I just treat them (no matter what vehicle) as an implied "Yield" 
for the street that terminates at the T. Does anyone know if that's the law, or 
if they're just uncontrolled intersections? Seems like the one in question 
really should have a  Yield or Stop for Van Hise, given that the street 
terminates at the bottom of a hill.
