General rules of right−of−way. 346.18(3m) UNCONTROLLED “T” INTERSECTION. At an intersection where traffic is not controlled by an official traffic control device or by a traffic officer, the operator of a vehicle approaching the intersection on a highway which terminates at the intersection shall yield the right−of−way to any vehicle approaching the intersection on a highway which continues through the intersection. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Paul T. But there are virtually no unmarked 4-way (or more) intersections. I just treat them (no matter what vehicle) as an implied "Yield" for the street that terminates at the T. Does anyone know if that's the law, or if they're just uncontrolled intersections? Seems like the one in question really should have a Yield or Stop for Van Hise, given that the street terminates at the bottom of a hill. _______________________________________________ Bikies mailing list [email protected] http://www.danenet.org/mailman/listinfo/bikies
