I know the city has counters buried under the bike path in a couple of
places, I believe, one near the Yahara River, and another on the Law Park
bike path.  Unfortunately, unless it's been changed, the counter is between
Broom St. and North Shore Drive, so there is no bike counter on the busiest
section of that path, which is between Broom and Blair.  I'm sure Arthur and
others in TE know for sure.
