1st, I'd like to let you all know that we had a lot of participants for the
Winter Bike To Work Day, so I'd classify it as a success. Next year, we'll
definitely start earlier in the planning of the WBTWD & try to get more
sponsors
& some additional activities. Let me know if you'd be interested in helping
next
year or have suggestions for next year. Thanks to all who participated & biked
to work!
Then, the purpose of this message, is to let you know that we're having our
tentatively last "meetup" for this winter season at the Mason Lounge on Park
St,
416 S Park, from 5-7, TONIGHT! I meant to send a message out sooner... Stop by
if you can & maybe we'll also hold a final "recap" of the entire winter cycling
season sometime early into our spring.
Lastly then, 2 rides to let you know about: Gravel ride this Sunday, 3/13,
Badger State Trail, Madison to Belleville, Gentleman's pace, Meet @ Mill St
Bridge entrance to Arb 8am, Back by noon (30'ish miles); & Equinox Ride out to
Roxbury next Sun, 3/20, leaving from Garner at 1 PM (for the Burning Socks at
the Rox event), see our Facebook page for more details on the Equinox Ride.
Sorry for the extremely short notice about tonight's meetup & I forget not
