Paul O'Leary is right on the money. I second his comments whole-heartedly. And, if not explicitly stated, it is a rare cyclist that can wait for each cross walk light in order to cross Willy Street from either direction. I haven't timed it, but it has to be the longest wait for any crosswalk in the City.
