Scientific analysis is against making the bike path safe??? That bike path is extremely hazardous. A bicyclist can't really ride more than five mph going down the long hill without endangering running into unlighted bicyclists and pedestrians. What scientific analysis? I live on a street with far less traffic than that bike path and I have a streetlight shining right into my bedroom. Why do you need a study to prove making a bike path safe at night is a good thing?
