I have a question regarding the bike boulavard. The other day I was riding with my son side by side when I was suprised by a car that passed us, I left my son at the next intersection and caught up with the car at a stoplight on Willy street. Before I had a chance to say anything the female passenger got very defensive telling me that it was a shared road and that I shouldn't "start anything". The driver stated that he passed in a safe manner as he is allowed to do, although I disagree that it was safe, and the driver also stated that he was a biker and I should get over it.
Although I think they were ass-holes I must admit that I am unsure who was right and simply stated that my kid was with me. So is a driver allowed to pass a bike on the boulevard, should he give a warning before doing so? I have medical issues that some times affect my ability to not wobble when I ride so I am a little sensitive about being passed in such a manner. Thanks. _______________________________________________ Bikies mailing list [email protected] http://lists.danenet.org/listinfo.cgi/bikies-danenet.org
