Andy,



We are still trying to make this improvement and are in the process of
designing a less costly version that still preserves the main features.
Right now we are awaiting comments from Traffic Engineering (TE) on a
couple of alternatives we developed I continue to recommend the green
pavement we discussed, but ultimately this is a TE decision.  Hope to bid
it a third time this winter for construction in 2015.
