Larry: The DNR project website has had the meeting dates up since late April ( http://dnr.wi.gov/topic/parks/trails/bikeways.html) and the DNR press release that Sarah referenced is dated May 5, so notice has been out for a while.
As I recently noted in the thread about West Washington, Bikies is a great resource, but is not an official communication tool of any government agency!
