Kevin, I have a WDNR Patron License and I have signed up for quite a few WDNR
notices including trails and the Warden Wire. I don't believe I received any
notice of this meeting or notice of a project list serve. But I have indicated
my interest in the USBR and submitted two policy drafts on the subject to WDNR.
This project needs a timetable and a public notification plan.
