I try hard to stay connected to all things bike-related and the first I heard of it was yesterday via the Bike Fed email. I would have liked to attend, but am unable to accommodate with such short notice.
I get that bikies isn't an official communication channel, but a day or two notice is probably all most of us got for Madison's open house. Posting notice to the DNR website is probably not the most effective avenue to spread the word to interested parties. I share Larry's disappointment that something this big wasn't communicated out moire effectively.
