Good question. I have a more narrow one though. How is the trail now? The ruts were so bad the last time I went out to it, it wasn't rideable. Is it rideable yet? Does it get groomed at all? Could it be groomed perhaps to be made rideable earlier in the season? I can't imagine a better use for the trail fees other than to take care of the trail. If it's not being groomed, what is happening to the fees?
