This is a perennial issue and motorist violation. I ride the bike trail
almost daily from March through October and witness or experience near
misses with regularity. For those of us who ride the trail with
frequency, we know to be on the lookout and can avoid the consequences;
visitors/tourists using the trail are most at risk.
