Unfortunately the heavy use of interfaces and 'mutliple inheritance' in 
biojava means that those UML diagrams are about as simple as you will get. 
I suppose they could be pruned a bit to show only interfaces implemted and 
classes extended and not dependencies and reverse dependencies.
