None of those logs look suspicious Nicolas, so at this time I'm stumped.

Looking over exactly how Quicksilver populates the list of 'ouvrir averc' apps, 
most of the work is done by the OS itself and not QS so it could be a problem 
there.
One thing I would suggest doing is clearing your launch services, see 
http://www.tekrevue.com/tip/rebuild-launchservices-fix-duplicate-entries-os-xs-open-menu/
 on how to do it

Take a look closely as to whether or not you want to do that though, since it 
will clear the list of known 'safe' applications, and for any applications you 
open you may see this popup, which can be annoying
