I'm not sure this addresses my issue. I have several triggers that simply open apps. When I press the trigger, the icon sort of zooms out of the middle of the screen with lots of transparency. Typically that icon is the generic (application) icon and not the app-specific icon.
As I wrote last night, when I went to the trigger screen in QS, that seemed to load the icons and when I tested the triggers right after that, the icons were the correct ones. Just now I tried again and a couple of the icons were generic again. Re-testing brings up the correct one, so I assume QS loads the icon once I pull a trigger, but of course that doesn't help the first time. My opinion of the desired behavior is that QS always shows the correct icon. For that I assume it has to keep all the trigger icons loaded at all times.
