Yes, triggers with the "show window" checked, that way I know the trigger has been pulled.
I don't really care that it's a lot of memory (though how much memory per icon, really?). When the icon flashes on the screen it should be the app-speicifc one and not a generic one. It looks crappy and doesn't provide appropriate visual feedback.
