Most icons won’t be loaded into memory until you try to look at something that needs it. When the icon finishes loading, the main Quicksilver interface will be notified and redraw itself, but the preferences interface will not.

But once the icons are in memory, and you do something that forces the preferences to redraw (like selecting something or switching away and back), you’ll see it.
