Looks to me as though we can just delete the lcms directory,
then create a lcms/include directory and populate it with
two header files (lcms.h, icc34.h). It would be a small patch.
Worked great for me.
When there is an update to LCMS (which there already is, but
is considered a *major update* and I don't want to use it
until the next round of updates to BLFS) we just make a new
patch for Ghostscript. A <!-- note --> in the lcms .xml would
remind an editor to do it.
