Alexander, your comments are invaluable. This is being postponed due to the changes in the dependencies required and the dependency changes, which are significant. Because it is installed on quantum is of no value or consequence, a BLFS editor didn't do the install, and unless somebody is willing to provide the new dependency list (with perfect accuracy), I don't see any advantage in updating the package. We simply don't have time to test. If you can point out just *one* major enhancement that a version update will provide, we will reconsider. Please understand, on this one I just don't see the bang for the buck. Please show me how updating Subversion to this version provides significant improvement (to me, the BDB issue is trivial and not worth considering as the FS based repo's are now recommended). Most importantly, thanks again Alexander for your invaluable contributions. -- Randy rmlscsi: [bogomips 1003.26] [GNU ld version 2.16.1] [gcc (GCC) 4.0.3] [GNU C Library stable release version 2.3.6] [Linux 2.6.14.3 i686] 01:44:01 up 3 days, 1:58, 1 user, load average: 0.03, 0.16, 0.15 -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/blfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
