Yes, I think so. For the exact same reason I created an entity named
lfs-domainname and converted all the instances of linuxfromscratch.org
the entity.

It simply makes it easier (and less likely for an oversight of
missing one or more) to make global changes. In my opinion, any time
you can use an entity on a global basis, it is a good thing.
