I personally like that approach, but devil's advocate and all...would it 
break what is there now? Quite frankly, I don't care if it breaks the 
book for a short time in order to update a good 20% of the book in one 
lump sum! So, strictly my own opinion, pick a block of time and 
everybody else can get out of your way. :-) Or, if you haven't the time, 
send a diff and somebody else can do the same.
