Hello Fernando, Sorry for the late responce to this but I am having my own issues with getting this version of gnome to actually boot without the ever so unhelpful message oops something has gone wrong. I am coming to the conclusion that on this particular computer gnome only plays well if kde and others are not installed. I am in the process of re-building most of gnome to try and get it working. I am glad that I started this thread. Sorry I could not investigate futher but I did find that some of gnome not in trunk does need the gnome-icon-theme. I suspect that they are still in a transitional stage and this has given us a heads up to keep checking as they may well eventually drop gnome-icon-theme in everything, or may well keep it as it is now. The only way to actually check this, without trying to wade through the sometimes inconclusive git and or wiki comments is to check in the configure.ac file. I still see references to gnome-icon-theme so know that it is still required at least for this release.
