There are already a lot of pages in the whole book, and I think that
improving how we deal with TTF/OTF fonts might add a few more. So,
if I can produce just one new page (libXfont, bdftopcf, adobe-100dpi
plus a note that there were several other bitmap fonts - see the
7.10 book) I will be happier than creating three.

My first thought *was* to separate each page, but AFAICS only two
packages in the book (tigervnc, xscreensaver) have any use for them
if xterm is configured for 'Monospace' w hi ch we already do.
