My opinion was that 7.7 came out in April 2012 and the overall version has not changed since then. Specifically, changes to the parts now happen irregularly. Bruce suggested removing the 7.7, I went with 'cut it down to just 7' after I saw it was fro m a version entity - because we reference the major version in text and in the names of book pages and wiki pages.
