Hello everyone, I have a lexmark printer. It is a printer, copier, and scanner all in one unit. I haven't printed anything with it in a while, so last night my son put new ink cartridges in it. He tried to print his paper for school, and it said the printer driver is not installed would you like to install it now, and he clicked yes. It wouldn't let us install anything, so below I have pasted the message we got when we tried to install the driver. The weird thing is that I can still scan a paper and read it with openbook. I don't quite understand that. I am using windows XP home addition, and I am running jaws 8. If anyone has any suggestions for me, or can help me figure this out I would really appreciate it.
